  I had their HydraFacial today and the technician did an excellent job. However - because I find their business practices to be less than ethical, I won't be returning to Old Village Medi-Spa. I initially purchased a Groupon in the amount of $99 for services that were valued at $350.00. When I called to schedule an appt. for Laser-Skin Rejuvenation, I was told that since they were fully booked up until the expiration date of the Groupon, they were unable to honor the $350.00 promotional value, only the $99 paid value. For Mother's Day they were advertising the HydraFacial for $99 - the same amount I paid for my Groupon. At checkout however, I was informed that since I was redeeming my $99 Groupon, they would have to charge me full price for the Hydrafacial - so I had to pay them an additional $46 to which I added a $10 tip. I think they completely missed the point that a Groupon is intended to introduce new customers to your business. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
